About the Recipe

Elevate your snack game with this totchos recipe, combining the classic flavors of nachos with the crispy goodness of tater tots. Add a twist of infused oil or butter with the bacon crumble for extra flair.

Ingredients

  • Frozen tater tots,

  • Terps of Berks cannabis infused butter

  • shredded cheddar cheese

  • crispy bacon

  • black beans

  • pico de gallo

  • avocado or guacamole

  • sour cream

  • green onions

  • fresh cilantro.

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Spread tater tots on a baking sheet and bake until desired crispiness, or around 25-30 mins

  3. While tots bake, cook bacon until crispy and crumble. Let it cool slightly and then mix with the infused oil or butter.

  4. Once tots are done, sprinkle cheese over them and bake until melted about 5 more mins.

  5. Add crispy bacon, black beans, pico de gallo, avocado or guacamole, sour cream, green onions, and fresh cilantro. and munch out.
