Ingredients

  • 1 cup Terps of Berk cannabis-infused butter, softened

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Additional granulated sugar for rolling

Preparation

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2: In a large bowl, cream together the cannabis-infused butter and granulated sugar until smooth.

Step 3: Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.

Step 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Step 5: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

Step 6: Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and roll each ball in additional granulated sugar.

Step 7: Place the dough balls onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Step 8: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

Step 9: Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
